In pursuance of the aim, the school has set the following Academic Objectives:

CAMPUS FACILITIES


  • Computer Labs:The School has a computer lab with the latest configuration computers installed with the facility of wireless internet facility. The School campus is wi-fi (wireless internet) enabled.
  • CCTV:Cameras are placed all around the campus on various spots and in all the classes to ensure the safety of our students, and also to keep a close watch on them.
  • 24 Hour Electricity Backup: Electricity never goes out in the campus since there is a 24- hour back-up generator which takes 30 seconds to start as soon as the lights go off.
  • 24 Hour Water Supply:JMA has its own Submersible pump where the Water Supply never stops even if there is a shortage of water supply in the city.
  • EPBX:The School has its own Electronic Private Branch Exchange where Telephones lines are placed at every important place (Office, Main gate, Reception, Store, Counter, Computer Lab, Library and so on..) in the campus for better and fast communication.
  • Multi-purpose Auditorium:The school auditorium serves the purpose for various functions. Activities like Audio-visual classes, table tennis, dramatics and musical performances seminars, lectures and teacher/student enhancement programmes is being held in the Auditorium.
  • Canteen:The canteen is open during breaks and after the school gets over with a huge variety of food products including chocolates, juices, Samosas, Chats, Cold Drinks, Hot Drinks and other mouth watering freshly cooked products.
  • Science labs: New science labs have been built with state-of-the-art facilities for all the science students. There are separate laboratories for physics, chemistry and biology..
  • Art School:Art and Music stimulate a totally different part of a student's intellect and imagination.
  • Library:A library housing several hundred volumes and various resources. The Library provides academic resources for all constituents of the school -students, faculty and administrative staff. The library strives to make resources readily accessible when and wherever they are needed to enhance and promote the total growth and development of the students. The library endeavours to provide students with opportunities to learn how to utilize materials in a variety of formats to access information so that they can continue lifelong learning. The Library is open to all the students and teachers on all working days during the School Hours, except on school calendared holidays and national holidays.Students pursue these hobbies with passion and spend much of their free time in the Art and Music. Our exhibitions and music concerts and Annual day elicit an excellent response, which is a reward in itself, for talented students and dedicated teachers.

      The school has its own indoor activities room where the students on fixed days according to their routine play games like table tennis, carrom, chess, billiards, squash etc.
    • Play school for montessori children
      Apart from studies, its very necessary to provide recreational facilities to the tiny tots of the school so as to bring the true potentials in them. The school provides to its montessori children a wide range of play utensils such as fibre slides, swings, see-saw, boat rocker, trampoline, treadmill, cycling machine and many more.

STUDENT LIFE


The school offers several choices ranging from Sports, Debating, Dramatics, Quiz, Creative writing to Music, Yoga, Karate and Choreography and so on....

With these host of activities, the school aims to bring about an all round development of every student. JMA is an institution which aims at developing its students well beyond the academic realm. The life at JMA ensures that students do something that interests them and by the time they finish school, they have an additional field of expertise besides their academics.
