THE CURRICULUM
The School follows a five and a half day week consisting of 44 periods (each period is referred to as a 'school' of 40 minutes each.
The school follows the curriculum of the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education Examination. It has got affiliated upto Higher Secondary level from The Council of the Indian School Certificate Examination (I.C.S.E.), New Delhi and conducts Board Examinations in Class X and in Class XII .
The course of studies is designed to develop those fundamental virtues of intellect such as concentration, accuracy, clarity and thoroughness, essential moral qualities of reverence to God, a sense of responsibility, co-operation and generosity summed up in the word 'character'. By bringing these together, the school strengthens the child's mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual faculties and helps him/her shape into a responsible, informed, creative and sensitive adult. Though English is the medium of instruction, Hindi the National Language has a vital role in the curriculum and is taught daily in all Classes. Yoga, Music, Art & Crafts are also taught in the School. Equal emphasis is also given to the ancient Indian Language Sanskrit. Keeping in mind the growing importance of Computer in every field of modern life, Computer studies have been made a compulsory additional subject for the students of Std. III upwards. The institution has a well equipped computer lab and state of the art Biology, Chemistry and Physics laboratories to cater to the needs of the children.
Our well-equipped school library subscribes to a variety of newspapers and magazines and also has computers with latest configurations with a wireless (wi-fi) campus.
